This was in the fortune cookie I got with my Singapore Mei-fun at China Wok today. I may put it in the wall now for the next owners!
Rebuilding half the deck which has started rotting away with water damage. I’m sistering in joists with new wood and getting it rebuilt enough for visiting company arriving in two days!
I also had to sure up a breach behind the siding against the deck, again due to water damage.
